Roof leaks are rarely where the water shows up inside. We come out, get on the roof, and work through the likely entry points — flashings, valleys, ridges, cracked tiles, lifted sheets. You get a roof report with photos showing exactly what we found.

If the fix is simple — a re-seated tile, a fresh bead of sealant, a re-pointed ridge — we'll do it while we're there. If it needs more, we'll quote it properly with photos so you can see what you're paying for. No guessing, no upsell.

Blocked gutters back water up under the roofline and that's where leaks start. We clear gutters and downpipes of leaves, sludge and tennis balls so the next storm drains the way it should.

Height isn't an issue. Two-storey, three-storey, steep pitch — we've got the gear for it. We take before-and-after photos so you can see the difference without climbing a ladder yourself.

Over time the mortar bed under your ridgecaps cracks and the pointing on top breaks away. Once that happens the ridges shift, water gets in, and leaks follow. Re-bedding and pointing fixes it before it gets to that stage.

We pull off the old bedding and pointing, clean down the ridges, and re-bed the caps in a fresh sand-and-cement mix. Once that's set we apply coloured flexipoint over the top — it flexes with the roof instead of cracking like old-style mortar pointing.

When a roof's past patching, a re-roof gives you a fresh start. We do both tile and metal, so whatever's up there now we can replace it — or switch you from one to the other if that's what you want.

The old roof comes off. New battens go on, sarking and insulation underneath, then the new tiles or metal sheets. We're roof tilers and metal roofing tradies, so the same crew handles the whole job — no subbing out the half we don't do.

Every stage gets photographed. You'll see what's underneath your roof before the new one goes on, and you'll have a record of the work when it's done.

Old polycarbonate sheets go brittle, yellow and cracked after years in the sun. We pull the old sheets off your pergola or patio roof and put new ones on.
